The Nutcracker, Composite Santa, and the Little Drummer
The Little Drummer Boy from Robot Chicken was a minor antagonist in one of the episodes. According to Goku's description during the episode, the Drummer Boy is able to summon spirits by playing his drums. He was defeated by Goku and Gohan later on but was shown to still be alive after fighting them.
